Terms of Service

1. Services
CreativePark provides digital agency services including web development, mobile app development, systems design, and brand identity design. All services are subject to a signed contract and agreed scope of work.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge. We accept USD and ZWL payments.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables and intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. Until full payment is received, CreativePark retains all rights to the work produced.
4. Project Timeline
Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by client-side feedback, content delivery, or scope changes may extend the timeline. We will communicate any changes promptly.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or proprietary data with third parties without your written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
CreativePark's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
